Last weekend (Sat 11^th April) our founder, Michael Usher, lived up to his reputation as the coolest and kindest mortgage advisor on the block. A man of many talents, Michael is also a veteran mobile DJ who’s created some magical moments over the years.
But enough about him, the real heroes in all this are our incredible NHS staff. Working tirelessly on the front line, putting their own health at risk to save lives, and caring for patients emotionally as well as medically whilst they fight for survival alone and afraid. To all the NHS staff, you’re truly inspirational.
It was for this cause that Michael dusted off his decks, flipped on his disco lights, and entertained us with a evening of classic disco, along with some world-class DJ banter, seasoned dance moves, and a splash of tambourine for good measure!
So far we’ve raised nearly £4000, and we want to thank everyone who’s donated. It’s not just the cash that counts, it’s the solidarity that the money represents. It’s really heart-warming that so many of you have chipped in, so thank you again.
