Here at Michael Usher Mortgage Services, we have noticed increased activities in our dealings with local estate agencies, solicitors and of course the number of cases we are dealing with at our Frimley offices.
Here in the South East of England there is a shortage of properties, which in the universal laws of supply and demand, this means  if we have less property and more people want to buy, then prices have to rise.
Nationwide produce a monthly house price index report and it shows that  not only are house prices increasing, but  that they are into double digits in many parts of the UK.

Also the long term house price trend shows that prices are getting back to where they were before the housing market crash six years ago
